Community at Hope

Get Coffee, With Us

Hope is a big church and our desire is to help make the community feel smaller. We’d like to take you out for coffee and have a chance to get to know you. We’ll share with you about the vision of our church as well as the ministries Hope has to offer. If you’d like to get connected and learn more about Hope, this is a great way to do so.

Connect With Us

We often joke at Hope that “Community is our middle name.” All we have to offer at Hope is gospel and community. It’s not an option for us.

Through loving relationships and the community created at Hope Community Church, we aim to make fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ who would engage in knowing Jesus Christ through study and service. We highly value the smaller groups (mentorship relationships, small groups, etc.) that can help facilitate these kind of life long, authentic, God-centered friendships.

Tips on Getting Connected

Small Groups

Small Groups are 10-20 people who gather in homes across the Twin Cities throughout the week and focus on creating relationships, opening the Bible together, and challenging each other to walk with Christ. Their design is to help you live life with others at Hope beyond Sundays. Small Groups believe in life-on-life ministry, meaning that people are truly and significantly changed only as others come alongside of them in authentic community.

Membership

Becoming a member of Hope Community church is a commitment to the work of the gospel and the common good of the Hope family. We are one body and in a healthy body, every member must function (Romans 12:4). Members also benefit from primary care from church leadership, as the Bible prescribes (Galatians 6:10).

We currently offer an informational class twice a year on becoming a covenant member.
